Dr. Rupert Stuetzle is the General Manager for Manufacturing and Mobility EMEA at Microsoft. With nearly two decades of experience in the tech industry, he has worked to transform the electric and hybrid vehicle landscape through his leadership across many teams, including infrastructure, product, systems, and customer engineering. He earned his PhD in Computer Science/Software Engineering from Technische Universität München with a thesis on guidelines for developing reusable software.
Jean-Marie Saint-Paul has been serving the high-tech industry for more than 20 years. In addition to his role as Chairman and CEO of Siemens Digital Industries Software France, which he’s held since 2018, he was also appointed as CEO of Siemens Digital Industries France in October 2023.
According to Jean-Marie, “Success in the reindustrialization of France will involve a sustainable digitalization of companies and their capacity to innovate. Through its portfolio of solutions, Siemens Digital Industries supports its customers in facing those challenges.”
Bolstered by his technical background as an electronics engineer, Jean-Marie has worked with leading companies around the world. He earned his Master of Engineering at ESIEE Paris, and his extensive education includes an Executive Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and master’s degrees in business administration, physics, and electronics from the University of Sciences Pierre and Marie Curie Paris la Sorbonne.
Hunter Beck is a Senior Director of Product Management specializing in manufacturing at Cognite, a globally recognized leader in industrial software. Previously, Hunter worked as a Customer Success Director, onboarding and advising clients on using Cognite’s leading Industrial DataOps platform, Cognite Data Fusion®, and its professional services. Before Cognite, Hunter worked at Siemens, where he held various positions culminating in a Digital Enterprise Industry Manager role focused on digitalizing industrial processes. In addition, Hunter participated in Siemens’ Leadership Development Program as a Systems Specialist in the Control Products division. Hunter holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University.
Prior to co-founding Cosmo Tech, Michel was Chief Scientist and Corporate Vice President for Strategic Intelligence and Innovation at Veolia Environment.
Michel is a former Full Professor of Computer Science at École Normale Supérieure in Lyon, former Chair of Complex Systems Modeling and Senior Scientist at École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris, and former External Professor at the Santa Fe Institute in New Mexico (USA). He is an Eisenhower Fellow, a member of the OECD Network of Experts on Artificial Intelligence, and the President of the Institute for Technological Research SystemX, boosting the digital transformation of French industry.
Julián is Head of Product Marketing at Cytric Easy by Amadeus and joined travel tech in 2018 via VC-funded Omio. He previously spent over a decade in consulting and investment banking, and he cofounded and sold a travelproptech startup. A keen traveler, Julián has worked in the US, UK, UAE, Brazil, Germany, and Spain.
